We collect packages from Amazon Lockers / Counters and from InPost Lockers.

Parcels are delivered directly to any chosen nearby location, at a convenient time.

Customer Support is completely powered by AI and deliveries are made by our local freelance couriers.

When a booking is made, it is processed by our system instantly and the details are transmitted to the nearest courier via the Lockerun delivery app. We aim to deliver parcels within the hour, although delays can sometimes occur, due to issues outside our control.

We accept all major debit and credit cards.

Lockerun aims to deliver your items within the hour. However, delays are inevitable due to traffic and other logistical issues outside our control, such as distance from Locker to delivery, or rush-hour traffic.

If your parcel has successfully been delivered to your locker, then we can usually handle it!

Lockerun does not offer refunds for orders that have already been processed and booked with the courier.

However, if you cancel your order at any time before it has been processed, you can request a full refund.
